PRIVATE LEADERSHIP AND LIFE COACHING FOR WOMEN IN FINANCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Amanda seated on her porch overlooking the wooded Maine mountains.

You have spent years becoming who everyone needs.

Who do you want to be now?

You've built a career and a life that people depend on. You're good at what you do, and you've worked hard to get here.

But somewhere among the responsibilities, commitments, and expectations, what you want may have become the easiest thing to put off.

Maybe you love your career and want more room for your personal life. Maybe you're considering a change. Or perhaps you're beginning to question what success should look like in this next chapter.

You don't have to figure that out alone.

You're in the right place if...

You can make complicated decisions at work, but you've been circling a personal decision for months.

You've built a successful life, yet you're beginning to question how much of it reflects what you want today.

You recognize the same responses showing up in different places, whether you're dealing with an executive, your family, or someone whose opinion matters to you.

You've spent time understanding yourself and trying to make changes, but some familiar patterns keep finding their way back.

Maybe you want more authority at work. More ease in your relationships. Time for things you've been postponing. Or the freedom to decide what the next chapter of your life looks like.

This may not be the right fit if you're looking primarily for résumé services, job placement, a guaranteed promotion, or a prescribed productivity system. If you're seeking psychotherapy or clinical treatment, coaching is not a substitute.

The reason nothing has fully stuck yet

You've recognized the pattern. You might even know where it came from. You've thought about it, talked about it, and promised yourself you'd handle it differently next time.

Then next time arrives.

Take a request you wanted to decline. Your stomach tightens. Maybe your breathing becomes shallower or your heart starts racing. That familiar voice in your head gets busy reminding you why you shouldn't disappoint anyone.

We explore what's keeping the response in place, then work with the beliefs, emotions, and protective patterns involved using methods suited to what we uncover.

The work continues when you're back in your everyday life, facing the very situations that brought you here.

What Makes This Different

Amanda discussing a document with a colleague at a conference table.

I know the corporate terrain.

I spent 33 years in Finance and Technology, including VP-level leadership and responsibility for nearly 100 people across five locations.

I've navigated corporate politics, difficult executives, competing expectations, and the personal cost of being the person everyone counts on.

I know how organizational conditions can shape what women learn to do to succeed. And I know that sometimes the organization itself needs to change.

We examine what's happening around you alongside the responses you've developed within those circumstances.

We work beneath the familiar response.

You may know exactly why you react a certain way and still find yourself doing it.

Depending on what emerges, I draw on trauma-informed coaching, inner-child work, parts work, family-systems approaches, NLP, somatic awareness, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation practices.

We might explore an earlier experience that shaped your relationship with approval, work with conflicting parts of yourself, or examine the physical responses that arise during a difficult interaction.

The methods follow what we discover together. I don't hand every woman the same exercises and expect the same results.

Your whole life belongs in the conversation.

Your career matters. So do your health, relationships, financial responsibilities, personal interests, and the things you've wanted to do for years.

A career decision may also be a financial decision, a family decision, or a question about what you want the next decade of your life to look like.

And sometimes the thing you most want to change has nothing to do with your career.

We don't treat those parts of your life as separate problems when they're influencing one another.

MY METHOD

The SoulFIRE Framework™

Six interconnected areas. One whole life.

The Awareness Shift

See where you're thriving, what you've been neglecting, and the trade-offs you've stopped questioning.

The Core Code

Reconnect with the principles at the heart of who you are, and recognize where learned expectations and Performed Values have pulled you away from them.

The Mindset Revolution

Work with beliefs, old messages, and protective responses that continue influencing how you think, feel, and act.

The Vision Blueprint

Decide what you want now, rather than continuing to pursue goals that belonged to another chapter of your life.

The Influence Code

Express what matters to you while navigating the relationships and power dynamics involved.

The Expansion Effect

Bring the changes you're making into how you lead, live, and relate to others.

These aren't six lessons completed in a fixed order. We move among them according to your circumstances and priorities, returning to areas as your work develops.

A DOCUMENTED CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Nancy O. | Senior Planner

She had more freedom. Rest still brought guilt.

A more flexible career. The same guilt around rest.

As Nancy moved into independent consulting, she gained more control over her schedule. Yet taking time for herself could still bring guilt.

Feeling unheard or dismissed in group discussions could also stir up anxiety and self-doubt.

Understanding the reactions was only part of the work.

We explored Nancy's earlier experiences around security and validation through inner-child visualization, parts work, and reframing fears.

She practiced expressing herself more assertively in challenging conversations, recognizing emotional triggers, and using brief emotional check-ins to help manage difficult reactions.

Changes she could recognize in everyday life.

Nancy's documented progress included:

  • Less guilt around rest and flexible schedules.
  • More assertive communication in challenging group situations.
  • Less frequent and less intense negative self-talk.
  • Reduced anxiety in most professional networking situations.

Learning to experience her freedom differently.

Nancy was developing her independent consulting career while also reconsidering how she wanted to live.

She began making clearer professional choices, including declining opportunities that didn't feel right for her. She also experienced more flexibility for family life.

There were still difficult moments and patterns that needed attention. Her progress was meaningful, and the work was continuing.

“Amanda supported me through a difficult transition and taught me things I didn't know about myself. She helped me open up and express what I was feeling. Her guidance was kind, insightful, professional, and authentic.”

You'll receive a personalized Clarity Brief with my observations, what we've uncovered, and a practical plan for moving forward.

The Renewal Experience

$2,444 | Five-hour private intensive + 60 days of support

When you know something substantial needs to change.

You've reached the point where continuing as you are doesn't make sense anymore.

Maybe your circumstances have changed. Perhaps your responsibilities or priorities have shifted. Or you've realized that the way you've organized your life no longer reflects what matters most to you.

You want dedicated time to examine what's keeping the current arrangement in place, make decisions, and restructure how you're operating.

We work through what needs to change, what may be getting in the way, and how to begin implementing a different way forward.

Six-Month Private Leadership Engagement

$8,998 | Six months of private coaching

When the same patterns keep showing up in more than one part of your life.

Perhaps you understand why you take on more than you want to. Why certain conversations are difficult. Why you can make consequential decisions for everyone else but struggle to give your own desires the same consideration.

You've recognized some of these patterns for years.

Amanda speaking during a remote coaching conversation.

This engagement gives us the continuity to explore what's sustaining them, work with the underlying responses, and integrate different ways of living and leading.

Your priorities guide the work, whether they involve leadership, family, relationships, health, personal identity, or what you want for the years ahead.

Your engagement includes:

  • 12 private coaching sessions, designed to meet approximately every other week over six months.
  • A separate onboarding call to establish priorities and define what meaningful progress looks like.
  • An additional three-hour Integration Intensive at the midpoint.
  • A separate offboarding call to review progress and the changes you've made.
  • WhatsApp or Telegram support between coaching sessions.
  • Personalized tools, exercises, and progress tracking.
  • Flexible scheduling around demanding work periods, travel, and personal obligations.

All 12 private coaching sessions must be completed within nine months of the engagement start.

The onboarding call, Integration Intensive, and offboarding call are additional to the 12 private coaching sessions.

Questions you may be asking

Question

I've tried coaching before, and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?

Answer

You can understand a pattern and still repeat it.

Being the capable one, the one everyone depends on, may have protected you early in life and earned you praise at work.

We explore what keeps that response in place, then work on changing it in the moments when it usually takes over.

Question

How do I know which offer is right for me?

Answer

You don't need to figure that out before reaching out.

If you're unsure, let's have a conversation about what's happening, what you want to change, and what kind of support makes sense.

And if you already know Clarity or Renewal is what you need, you can purchase either directly.

Question

I'm already overwhelmed. How do I add coaching to that?

Answer

You're already managing plenty. I have no interest in giving you another set of expectations to live up to.

Coaching does require your participation, but we work with the life you have.

Between sessions, you will have homework. It may be a brief exercise, reflection, daily practice, or something to try in an ordinary conversation. Many take approximately 1 to 12 minutes.

You don't have to get everything under control before we begin.

Question

Are there any guarantees of success with coaching?

Answer

No coach can responsibly promise you a particular personal or professional outcome.

Your circumstances, participation, and what happens outside our sessions all influence your progress.

We'll establish what meaningful change looks like for you and pay attention to what's different as we work together.

Question

Do you offer payment plans?

Answer

Yes, payment plans are available for my Six-Month Private Leadership Engagement. We can discuss the options during our conversation.

Clarity and Renewal are currently offered as single-payment engagements.

Question

Do I need to know exactly what I want before we start?

Answer

No. Sometimes you know what you no longer want long before you've figured out what you want instead.

We can begin there.

Question

Is this coaching or therapy?

Answer

This is trauma-informed coaching, not psychotherapy or clinical treatment.

We may explore earlier experiences when relevant, within the scope of coaching. If an issue requires clinical treatment, I'll encourage you to work with an appropriately qualified mental health professional.
